Jo Danehy is a talented, self-taught, and award-winning photographer, who recently came on board with Honest Horses Magazine. Jo majored in art in high school and college, but then she changed course and pursued a more “practical” career and became a registered nurse. After more than twenty years in nursing, she has returned to her passion of art. Her focus is on photography, with her favorite subjects being equines, canines, and “anything country,” and she primarily photographs her subjects in their natural environment. She’s also available to do personal photos or ranch shoots. E-mail Jo at jodanehy@mac.com and visit her website at www.danehyphotography.com.
